When you say that you cannot locate the iR3225 in the setup, do you mean that the printer does not appear in the Default view of Add Printer? If this is what you mean then this is correct. The iR3225 does not support a broadcasting protocol like Bonjour so to add this printer, and just about all mageRUNNER that are using their internal Canon printer board, you need to select the IP icon in the Add Printer browser and then select the LPD protocol. You then enter the IP address of the iR for the hostname, leave the queue name blank, change the name to something other than the IP address and for the Print Using menu, select the iR3225.

Another thing to note is that the UFR2 v2.24 driver is not fully compatible with Lion. Trash this driver and install the UFR2 v2.30 driver. If the iR3225 has the Postscript kit installed, you should use the PS v3.40 driver.
